  • Are admission fees included?
    No, admission fees are not included. All the prices listed are roundtrip transportation costs excluding the cost listed for airport transportation.
  • Do the vehicles used have air conditioned and are frequently serviced?
    Yes, all the vehicles we used are fully air conditioned. Our vehicles are regularly maintained and serviced.
  • Will I need any specific items or clothing?
    A day out requires you to be fully packed with sunscreens. If you have booked any activities that will make you get wet, we advise you to bring a change of clothes and swimwear. For the Waterfalls activity we don’t recommend wearing flip flops, but water shoes.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    Our cancellation policy is as follows: Tours cancelled within 72 hours or more from the booking date will not incur a cancellation fee, but 100% refund of the booked tour cost. Tours cancelled within 48 hours of the booking date will receive a 50% refund of the booked tour cost. Tours cancelled within less than 24 hours of the booking date are ineligible for refund.
  • Can children join the tours?
    Yes! Children are allowed to join the tours with the exception of the night life tour.
  • How do I submit feedback?
